1. First things first, head over to Company setting from your sidebar menu. Then, click on the Notifications tab. 2. This is where you tell DDIR what alerts you want to receive. You'll see options for: * Scheduled Event Notifications: These cover key deadlines like your PMIs, MOTs, and other scheduled tasks. The system's smart – it'll give you a heads-up three times: two weeks out, one week out, and right on the day the event is due. No excuses for missing those! * Walkaround Notifications: For these, you've got choices: * Every walkaround: Get an email for every single walkaround that's completed. * Only with defects: Or, if you prefer to cut down the noise, just get alerts for walkarounds that have defects reported. Pick what works best for your workflow. 3. Once you've made your selections, pop in the email address where you want these alerts to land. Quick tip: if you find them in your spam folder, mark them as 'not spam' to ensure future emails hit your main inbox. 4. When you're all set, hit Synchronize All Settings.
