Right, let's get a new team member set up in DDIR, whether they're behind the wheel or managing the show.
- First things first, from the sidebar, hit Users. That'll take you straight to the page where you manage all your team's access.
Adding a New User (Driver or Manager)
Now, for the nitty-gritty of getting them in the system.
2. You'll see a few options. Here's how to pick the right one: * For a driver: Make sure the Driver radio button is selected. * For a manager: Select the Manager radio button. * For a driver who also manages: You can select both the Driver and Manager radio buttons. 3. Next, fill in their First Name, Surname, and Email in the fields provided. 4. Hit Add User. You'll see them pop right into the list below. Nothing to it.
What Happens Next for Your New User
Heads up — they've got a quick step on their end to get logged in.
- Ask your new user to check their email after a few minutes. If it's not in their inbox, tell them to peek in their spam folder.
- Once they find that email, they'll create their own password.
- After that, they're good to go! They can log in using their email and new password, both on the DDIR website and in the driver app.
Need an orgAdmin?
Quick one — if you're looking for additional orgAdmin logins, these are a bit special. They've got access to company settings and driver licence information, which is sensitive stuff under GDPR. To keep things tight, we handle these requests directly.
- Just click the headset icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and raise a request. We'll sort it out.
See? Keeping your team compliant and connected is a breeze when DDIR handles the heavy lifting.
