Getting Your Drivers Set Up
1. First up, you need to get your drivers into the system. Head to the sidebar, click on Users, then add your drivers using their email address and names. Heads up — DO NOT click "Run DVLA licence check now" at this stage. We've got a specific flow for that.
Authorising the DVLA Check
1. Next, for the actual authorisation. Go back to the sidebar, hit Driver Compliance. Find your driver and click Manage next to their name. This opens a new window with a QR code and a long link. If the driver's with you, get them to scan the QR code and complete the authorisation on their phone. If they're off-site, just ping them the link via email or WhatsApp – they can click it to do the same.
