Right, let's talk Bulletins – your direct line to the team, and a goldmine for compliance.
Think of Bulletins as your official noticeboard, straight to your drivers' and users' apps. It's a one-way street – you send, they read – but here's the kicker: it creates an auditable record of who's received, read, and acknowledged what. This is the one auditors love to see, trust me. Fire prevention beats fire fighting, always.
Sending a Bulletin
1. From the sidebar, hit Comms. You'll land right on the Bulletins page. 2. Give your message a clear Title. Keep it snappy. 3. In the Message Body, write out what you need to communicate. 4. Now for your audience. In the Recipients list, you've got a couple of options: * Select All to send it to every driver and user, including other managers. * Or, pick specific individuals. To select multiple, just hold down Control (or Command on Mac) while you click on each one. 5. Once you've got your message and recipients sorted, the system will handle the sending.
Quick one – after it's sent, you can always go back to the Bulletins page, find your message, and view its status. You'll see who's read it and confirmed receipt. No more 'I didn't get the memo' excuses.
Heads up for your drivers: they'll get an alert on their DDIR app, showing them how many new messages are waiting to be read.
Nothing to it. Keeping everyone in the loop, with an auditable trail, makes compliance a breeze when DDIR handles the heavy lifting.
