Why the Web App Isn't for Phones
Heads up — the full DDIR web app is a powerhouse, built for the big screens: your PC, laptop, or even a tablet. There's just so much functionality packed into it that trying to squeeze it onto a phone screen simply wouldn't work well. It's designed for a comprehensive view, not a quick glance.
Your Phone Solution: The DDIR Mobile App
But don't fret! We've got a dedicated DDIR App for your phone, available on both iOS and Android stores. This app is purpose-built to give both your drivers and your managers their own streamlined screens for what they need on the go.
If you're a manager using the app, you'll likely start in Driver Mode. To switch over to your manager view, just tap on Driver Mode to toggle it. Nothing to it.
Crucially, for that manager screen to even show up, you must have a manager account properly set up in DDIR's User Management section.
